Hi I'm currently working on my ANH stormtrooper and some spots could use some work, I've been researching on WhiteArmor and a few videos. My concerns are adjusting the shoulder parts, the lower torso armor that I have suspenders for keeping up, a few snaps on the forearms that keep snapping off, and need new gloves other than my current dishwashing gloves. (I'll get blaster once I get the money)
I'm doing some adjustments to make it better in comfort and accuracy, your opinions will be greatly appreciated, and once finished I'd like to see if it's 501st approved.

    Welcome back Taylor.

Could you describe or show the snaps on the forearms that are an issue?

The snaps on the forearms keep snapping off do to force pulling away from the elbow, does it matter if that area has a snap for comfortablility?
The other picture are my shoulder snaps that came with the package, I'm planning of removing those straps and installing elastic snaps instead so the shoulders can come closer. I'm still working on the suspenders for the bottom torso.

You do not need a strap or snap connecting the bicep and forearm pieces. The build instructions may suggest it but if you are comfortable without, by all means chuck it. My arms are slight enough I packed my forearm armor with some padding to keep the pieces from sliding around. That did the trick for me and is less of a hassle.
You can also try using elastic instead of a strap to help with mobility.
