		<title>Charity Totals Nearly $6 million Dollars in 2011 </title>

		<content type="text/html" mode="escaped"><![CDATA[(From <a href="http://www.501st.com" target="_blank" >www.501st.com</a>)<br />The 501st Legion is very excited to announce that during 2011, we helped raise more than the equivalant of $5.8 million US Dollars by assisting local and International charities with their worldwide fundraising efforts. <br /><br />This is a considerable increase in reported charity collections over 2010, and goes to show how people around the world can come together to raise awareness and necessary funds for great causes. <br /><br />To find out more about the charity work done by the 501st Legion, please click  <a href="http://www.501st.com/charity.php" target="_blank" >here</a> . <br /><br />]]></content>

		<title>Boise Festival of Trees</title>

		<content type="text/html" mode="escaped"><![CDATA[Members of Timberline Garrison decorated and donated a tree to the Boise Festival of Trees benefiting St. Alphonus Hospital in Boise, Idaho. The tree was decorated with small framed pictures of past garrison events, Hallmark Star Wars ornaments, and a special Yoda tree topper. A variety of Star Wars toys and collectables were placed under the tree. The Timberline Garrison tree was auctioned off and raised $1,650 for St. Alphonus hospital. Timberline Garrison members attended the Festival of Trees on Saturday, November, 11th and took pictures with members of the public.<br /><br /><img src="images/Timberline_tree.jpg" width="450" height="600" border="0" alt="" />]]></content>

Nov. 26, the Wal-Mart on Utah Ave. in Idaho Falls, Idaho on December 10th, and the Boise Town Square Mall in Boise, Idaho on Sat. Dec 17. ]]></content>

Every time you support your local troopers at an event, big or small, you are helping the <i>international</i> organization as well. 		<title>Celebrate the 4th of July with the Timberline Garrison!</title>

This will be the second time Timberline Garrison has participated in the Whoopee Days Parade and we&#039;re excited to be back! Darth Vader will be leading the pack of Imperial Stormtroopers, along with other exciting characters from the Star Wars films. ]]></content>

		<title>Free Comic Book Day</title>

		<title>2nd Annual Timberline Garrison Meeting</title>

In addition to garrison business, exiting Commanding Officer Doug Atwood handed the reins over to the newly elected Commanding Officer Erin Atwood. After the garrison business was completed there was a special viewing of Heart of an Empire, a documentary on the 501st. <br />As the Timberline Garrison serves all of Idaho and Montana a virtual meeting was conducted as well so that members who were unable to attend in person were able to do so virtually. ]]></content>

		<title>Timberline Garrison to appear at Boise Public Library</title>

		<content type="text/html" mode="escaped"><![CDATA[Join members of the Timberline Garrison at the Boise Public Library on Saturday, April 2nd from 1-3pm! <br />See if you have what it takes to use the Force, choose a Jedi name, and participate in light saber training. We’ll have a Dagoba obstacle course, make Yoda finger puppets, and more! Costumes are not only welcomed, they are encouraged! <br /><br />Registration is required for this free program. Kids may come to the Library! at Hillcrest to collect a registration ticket. Parents are encouraged to assist their children, but do not need tickets.]]></content>

		<title>Timberline Garrison appears at Lego Star Wars 3 game launch!</title>
